Steel Magnolias Tickets Going FAST!

You don’t want to miss out on Mt. Harrison Heritage Foundation’s heartwarming production of Steel Magnolias.

Take a break from your fast-paced life, and enjoy an evening of quick-witted humor by our Southern ladies of Louisiana.

Performances will be in the Burley High School Little Theater, just next to the King Fine Arts Center.

Show dates are October 12, 14, 15, 17, 21, & 22

JULENE THURSTON

We are proud to have Julene Thurston playing the part of M’Lynn! Julene has been acting since high school and has starred in many shows locally. For the last several years she has been busy directing some of the most successful shows ever produced at the KFAC, so she is excited to get back on the stage!

 


 

MADI TAYLOR

Madi Taylor is playing the role of “Shelby”! Madi made her first debut inMount Harrison’s 2006 production of The King and I. Since then she has been in many productions including; Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, Annie, Oklahoma, Rumors, Exit The Body, Terror By Gaslight, Beauty And The Beast and more!

 


 

ALIINA GIBBY

We are thrilled to have Aliina Gibby playing the role of “Annelle”! Aliina has had several leading roles in our productions here at the KFAC and you will absolutely love her in Steel Magnolias.

 

 


 

ALICIA MICKELSEN

We are excited to have Alicia Mickelsen playing the part of “Truvy”! She has been in several local shows here at the KFAC as well as at the Wilson Theater in Rupert. You will love her!

 

 


 

BECKY CLARK

Playing the hilarious/cantankerous role of “Ouiser” is the very talented Becky Clark! Becky has been involved in theater throughout the valley for many years. She has directed many excellent shows and we are excited to have her on our stage.

 

 


 

LANCE JONES

Lance Jones* is our talented and experienced director. He has years of experience teaching high school drama as well as acting professionally in multiple productions for television and the big screen. Lance is currently the drama teacher for Burley High School where he devotes countless hours to promoting the arts through classes and productions. He is adored by students and all who work with him.

PENNE MAIN

The part of “Clairee” is played by the multitalented Penne Main! Penne has been in many productions throughout the area and we are proud to have her on our stage. Penne has a long history working in radio and broadcasting and is currently serving as the president of the Chamber of Commerce.
